• River View is located a 10 minute level walk away from the town centre of Bideford.
• The quaint fishing village of Appledore is only a 10 minute drive where there are many small craft shops and friendly local pubs and restaurants with fresh seafood always on the menu.
• The 2 miles of golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! is only a 10 minute drive offering many family amusements. Close by are a wealth of popular attractions that include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and more.
• For the sporting enthusiasts, visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow or perhaps a game of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Club.
• Shopping is well catered for in the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford with out of town shopping at Atlantic Village.
